This type of training is Limited to 3-9 players per session. Within a small group setting, players improve their individual technical skill levels as well as improve their decision making, offensive, and defensive prowess and knowledge in a more competitive atmosphere. Also, this type of training helps to develop physical strengths both on and off the ball, speed both on and off the ball, and develops better judgment and the ability to "see the field". Small group sessions are a great way for our coaches/trainers to assess skill development needs and provide specific instruction tailored to each player. Minimum of 4 sessions are recommended and players will be register together with similar needs, skill, athletic level, and dedication to get the most out of the sessions. We often experience small group training sessions are great for ones confidence. Those who attend small group training are there because they truly want to be better tomorrow than they were the day before. The athletes and certainly the trainers in this type of setting are extremely supportive of one another and help to "push and encourage" one another.
Small group training is also a cost effective way to get that a little more intense workout and that individual attention and guidance needed by some players.
* Speed/Fitness/Agility training along with Dietician/Nutritionist program can also be introduced to the group offering a Complete Elite training curriculum.
Small Group Training - Minimum of 4 sessions per group
2-3 Athletes (1hr sessions) – $35 per player per session
4-6 Athletes (1hr sessions) – $25 per player per session
6-9 Athletes (1.15 hr sessions) – $20 per player per session
